Saint Namdev's contemplation favours both Nirguna and Saguna Brahman as well as monoism. Nirguna Brahman means truth in Nirguna form is zero. Saguna means divine qualities like love, compassion etc. Namdev's works had influence of Vaishnava philosophy. He was the link between the Bhakti movement in Maharashtra and the monotheistic movement in North India. He lived in Pandharpur. His devotional songs are also compiled in Adi Granth.
