Explanation - Mohenjodaro city was discovered in 1922 by Rakhaldas Banerjee. Presently, this site is situated on the banks of Indus river in Larkana district of Sindh (Pakistan). Harappa is situated on the left bank of Ravi river in Montgomery district (present day Shahiwal) in Pakistani. It was excavated in 1921 under the leadership of Dayaram Sahni.
